We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our small team here at The Oyster Shack. Alongside the kitchen and front of house teams, you will be a cornerstone of the kitchen team, delivering excellent food, flavours and service. Going into our winter season, we have lots of exciting plans including monthly Tasting Menu events and would love to get someone on the team to get stuck in!
Restaurant and catering experience is essential, but we encourage all chefs of all ages to get in touch and tell us why you’re the right person for The Shack.
