ABOUT
In late 2019, then Head Chef Andy and Restaurant Manager Ali, in collaboration with Devon Distillery developed a unique blend of seafood flavours to create The Oyster Shack Gin.

With distinct notes and flavours, foraged from the River Avon, a stones throw away from The Shack, our own Gin recipe was a runaway hit. Since 2019 we've served this coastal Gin to rave reviews from customers of The Shack.

Now in 2022, we're making The Oyster Shack Gin available to buy outside of The Shack in your local retailer, or direct through The Oyster Shack Gin website here.
A blend of coastal herbs and foraged spices
THE RECIPE
A recipe 30 years in the making, with 3 years of refinement. We have strived to create the perfect blend of botanicals to bring to our customers. Using a delicious foundation of a London Dry Style, while adding Samphire, Pink peppercorn, Seabeet, and other ingredients to make a wonderfully refined spirit.

Not only great with a splash of your favourite mixer, our Gin is also tailored to those who drink it on the rocks. We wanted to make a Gin that can be enjoyed however you like it - the perfect pour. We recommend a garnish of fresh lemon and samphire to tease out the aromas and flavors in the Shack Blend.
