	Adopting the formula which encourages a relaxed atmosphere, what with its simple yet effective ‘Mediterranean' theme décor, the Oyster Shack is a unique dining experience. We appreciate that the market is demanding simple local produce and unhurried atmospheres. Eating local food allows the diner to experience the great flavours and freshness of the restaurants surrounding area, but also provides great assurance to our business, that we are contributing to the local landscape and economy.
