"I am very excited to be joining The Oyster Shack Bigbury as Head Chef. I am fortunate to bring with me a wealth of international experience, having worked for many years in Hong Kong, as well as working for high profile hotels and restaurants in Central London, including Anton Mosimann's. We are fortunate in Devonto be spoilt for choice amongst the huge array of fantastic local produce available, including the freshest local fish and shellfish to local dairy produce and fruit and vegetables. We can even keep our desserts local with Salcombe ice-cream! I will continue to source and serve the best seasonal produce I can find, whilst maintaining the Shack ethos of presenting the food simply and letting the food speak for itself."
