I have the enviable position of maintaining and improving on the fantastic Oyster Shack style of service for which we are famous. I like to give a huge amount of energy and enthusiasm to our entire front of house teams. Great food and a relaxed fun style of service are the hallmarks of the shack and I am constantly aimimg to improve in all areas. It’s going to be an exciting 08 with lots of exciting new projects on the way!
