After taking over The Oyster Shack in 2004, Chris Yandell has worked tirelessly to turn The Oyster Shack into the success we know it as today.
His determination and attention to detail has meant that Chris’s vision for the future of the company were realised in March 2007 when The Oyster Shack opened it’s second restaurant in Salcombe. The restaurant has been going from strength to strength over the year and becoming part of the Salcombe community. Chris is looking forward to celebrating The Oyster Shack Salcombe’s first birthday and is very positive for the future.
Lets also not forget that Chris’s vision to provide for everyone doesn’t stop at the Oyster Shack. ‘Jack Spratts’ provides fun and tastey food for the whole family! Directly above The Oyster Shack Salcombe, Chris is looking forward to ‘Jacks’ second season with even more fresh ideas from his winter travels!
