We're looking for passionate, hard working and dynamic chef de partie with a focus to pastry to join our kitchen team at The Oyster Shack, working alongside our acclaimed Head Chef, Andy Richardson.
You should have a real passion to grow your skills and have a natural creative approach and positive, enthusiastic way, inspiring others around you.
Andy has been leading the kitchen team and shaping the shack menu and values with us for over two years. Prior to this Andy has had a vast amount of experience internationally, most recently at The River Cottage as part of the opening team in Plymouth.
